Fully Managed Specialist Support in the Home

Enabling Potential. Enhancing Lives.

At Snap Care, we believe support at home should do more than meet basic care needs. Our fully managed service provider model is designed to deliver consistent, structured, and skilled support that focuses on rehabilitation, empowers clients to live the life they want, and maximises their opportunities.

At Snap Care, we believe support at home should go beyond the basics—especially for individuals with complex clinical negligence or serious injury claims. That’s why we’ve introduced a fully managed service provider model, designed for clients who need more than just care: they need structure, consistency, and skilled support.

Now available in London, this service offers a fully managed solution—we directly employ, train, and oversee professional support workers, creating tailored solutions for children, young people, and adults up to the age of 65.

Please note: While our CQC registration is in progress, we are currently only able to support clients who do not require personal care.

We plan to expand to other regions across the UK, so please let us know if you'd like to register interest for your area.

Specialist roles include:

  • Rehabilitation Assistants
  • SEN Nannies/Mannies
  • Professional Support Workers
  • Personal Assistants (PAs)
  • Team Leaders
  • Night Carers

This service is especially appropriate for individuals with complex clinical negligence or serious injury claims. We support clients with a wide range of needs and conditions, including:

  • Physical needs, such as those affected by cerebral palsy, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Injury, and amputees.
  • Complex healthcare needs, and specific conditions including epilepsy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS).
  • Autistic Spectrum Condition, ADHD, ODD, PDA
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH),
  • Learning difficulties
  • Behavioural needs
  • Deaf/hearing impaired
  • Blind/visually impaired
  • Clients managing long-term/serious illnesses.

Our focus is not just care, but quality of life, rehabilitation and maximising each client's opportunities.
