Registering With Snap care

Who Can Register with Snap Care?

Our clients and families need people who are professional, reliable, organised, punctual, proactive, honest, self-starting, and hardworking. Our roles suit people who are empathetic, caring, supportive, patient, resilient, creative, dedicated, and motivated to make a real difference.

You are likely to be working in someone's home and understand the requirements around this; your workplace is also their home.

Most importantly, you must really want to do this type of work and to want to make a difference; it is one of the most rewarding jobs you can do, but it isn't the easiest option.

Right to Work and 12 months+ UK Experience

We require candidates to live in the UK and have at least 12 months of related experience in the UK, with professional references that can confirm this. You must already have the right to work in the UK, as an introductory agency, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with sponsorship

Experience

All our jobs require a level of experience; this will differ from job to job. Your experience may be professional or more personal, such as having a sibling with a disability. Experience supporting a child or adult on a 1:1 basis, within a private home, is desirable for most of our jobs.

Documentation and References

You will need to be able to supply documentation to prove your right to work in the UK, identity, and relevant qualifications. We will need full contact details of at least 2 professional references.

Enhanced DBS Police Check

We will require a satisfactory DBS Police Check which is registered on the DBS Update Service if we successfully place you. We can process a DBS for you (fast-tracked) if you don’t have one. We will pay for this for you if we successfully place you, plus the first year of the Update Service. Read more information on DBS Police Checks here.

Professional CV

You will need to provide a professional CV. We can help you create this using our CV tips and template.

How to Register

Either

  1. Apply for one of our vacancies through our website and this will start the registration process.

Or

  1. Create a Snap Profile/Account. This will enable you to add your experience, contact information, skills etc. and job preferences and securely upload documents. The more information you provide, the more likely we can find you a great job!
