All fees are subject to VAT where applicable.

A commitment fee of £900.00 + VAT is applicable for The Snap Full Recruitment Service and The Snap Shortlist Service, and deducted from the final placement fee. 

The Advertising Package is invoiced prior to the advert going live. 

The fees quoted are effective from 1st January 2022, subject to change without notice.

The Snap Full Recruitment

16% of the agreed employee's gross annual salary, per placement.
The minimum fee is £2,750.00. 6 month guarantee.

The Snap Shortlist Service

£1,980.00 per placement. 30 day guarantee.

The Snap Advertising Package

£990.00 per advert/vacancy.

The advert will be live for 6 weeks.
To extend the advert for a further 2 weeks/and or make edits, £250.00.

Please note that the Advertising Package is only suitable for case managers, organisations, and companies, and not individual clients. 

The Snap Full Recruitment (International Placements)

20% of the agreed employee's gross annual salary, per placement.
Minimum fee is £3,300.00.

Loyalty Discount
We are pleased to offer a 10% discount to returning clients seeking another permanent candidate through Snap Care's Full Recruitment Service. (This discount is applicable to clients who have previously adhered to our terms and conditions).

Multiple Placement Discount
The following discounts are applicable when Snap Care is asked to recruit for more than one position through Snap Care's Full Recruitment Service. This discount only applies if all positions are recruited within the same recruitment period and are for the same client.

For the first placement (or highest monetary value), the usual placement fee applies
Any subsequent placements attract a 10% discount

(Only one discount can be applied at any one time, either the loyalty discount or the multiple placement discount).

The Shortlist Service & The Advertising Package

Multiple Placement Discount
The following discounts are applicable when Snap Care is asked to recruit for 3 or more positions through the Advertising Package or Shortlist Service. This discount only applies if all positions are recruited within the same period for the same client.

The 3rd, and any subsequent placements attract a 10% discount.
