How It Works (Quick Overview)
Step 1: Email Snap Care with your referral details
(Candidate name + specific vacancy OR client name + contact person)
Step 2: Receive your Unique Reference Number
Step 3: Your contact provides this number when applying or registering
Step 4: If the placement or vacancy meets our criteria, you receive a £200 voucher

 


Eligibility

To participate in the referral scheme:

  • You must be registered with Snap Care at the time of making the referral
  • Candidate referrals must be made for a specific, live Snap Care vacancy
  • Referred candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK (Snap Care does not offer sponsorship, and candidates requiring sponsorship will not qualify)

How the Scheme Works

Candidate Referrals

  1. Email Snap Care to request your Unique Reference Number
  2. In your email, you must include:
    • The full name of the candidate you are referring
    • The specific Snap Care vacancy they intend to apply for
  3. Snap Care will issue a Unique Reference Number linked to that candidate and vacancy only
  4. The candidate must provide this reference number when applying for that role

⚠️ Reference numbers are only valid for the named candidate and specified vacancy. They cannot be transferred or reused.


Client Referrals

  1. Email Snap Care to request your Unique Reference Number
  2. In your email, you must include:
    • The name of the client, organisation or family
    • The name of your contact person within that organisation/family
  3. Snap Care will issue a Unique Reference Number linked to that client and contact only
  4. The client must provide this reference number when registering their vacancy

⚠️ Reference numbers are only valid for the named client/contact and cannot be transferred or reused.


Referral Reward Criteria

Candidate Referrals

You will receive a £200 voucher when:

  • The candidate is referred for a specific Snap Care vacancy
  • They are successfully placed in that same role
  • They complete:
    • All required compliance checks, and
    • A minimum of one full calendar month in post, and
    • Their probationary period satisfactorily (where applicable)

Referrals will not qualify if:

  • The candidate applies without the reference number
  • The referral is not linked to a specific vacancy
  • The candidate is placed in a different role
  • The details provided at referral stage do not match the candidate or vacancy

Client Referrals

You will receive a £200 voucher when:

  • The client confirms a live and active vacancy
  • Snap Care is formally engaged and actively working on the role

Terms & Conditions

  • Referrals must be new contacts, not already known to or registered with Snap Care
  • The Unique Reference Number must be requested and issued prior to the candidate applying or client registering; retrospective referrals cannot be accepted
  • Candidate referrals are strictly tied to the named individual and specific vacancy provided at the point of request
  • Client referrals are strictly tied to the named organisation/family and contact person provided at the point of request
  • Only one referrer per candidate or client will be recognised; the first valid submission will apply
  • Referrers must have direct personal knowledge of the individual or organisation being referred
  • Referrals must be genuine and individual introductions. Bulk, speculative, or non-targeted submissions will not be accepted
  • Referrers must not be acting in a professional or commercial recruitment capacity
  • Self-referrals are not permitted
  • Rewards apply to permanent placements and confirmed permanent vacancies only
  • Snap Care reserves the right to review, delay, or withhold payment where:
    • Employment ends prematurely
    • Compliance standards are not met
    • There is evidence of misuse or manipulation of the scheme
  • Snap Care reserves the right to monitor and review high-volume referrals
  • Duplicate referrals (including those submitted via multiple parties or agencies) will not be accepted
  • There is no strict cap on referrals; however, all must meet the full criteria
  • This scheme may be amended or withdrawn at any time, with valid referrals honoured
