When a great candidate registers with us but we don’t have quite the right job for them, we want to find them that ideal position. Each week we highlight a small selection of available candidates we are working with.
How it Works…
- Email or call us if you are interested in a candidate, quoting their reference number.
- We can explain the process and get the basic details of the vacancy.
- We’ll speak with the candidate to see if, in principle, the job is of interest to them.
- If it is, we will send you a link to a vacancy registration form with an agreement to our terms.
- Placements made through our Candidates Available list come under our Shortlist Service and cost £1,980.00 + VAT. Please select this option on the vacancy registration form.
- We can then arrange an online home visit/consultation to fully understand the type of candidate you are looking for, and the details of your vacancy. We’ll create a bespoke advert for your approval to ensure we have all the information.
- We will contact the candidate you are interested in to discuss the vacancy with them.
- If they meet the objective criteria for the role and are interested, we will send you the candidate’s information including their CV, interview summary and contact details. At this stage you can communicate directly with the candidate to continue the recruitment process.
- Our normal terms apply if you employ this candidate, this includes a 30-day guarantee under the Shortlist Service.
- *Our usual commitment fee is not required when potentially recruiting a candidate from the Candidates Available list.
What if the candidate is unsuitable, or I wish to consider other candidates too?
Simply let us know and we can discuss which service is best for you. We will have all the information we need at this stage, so the process can swiftly move forward.
We will then promote your vacancy to a wider audience including candidates on our extensive database, external job adverts posted on premium job boards, and on our social media platforms, and proceed with the recruitment according to the service you have chosen.
*If you wish to take this option, our usual commitment fee of £900.00 + VAT will be applicable, this will be deducted from the final placement fee.
