Your Snap Interview
(Please note, we cannot see you without an appointment)
Here’s what we’ll need from you please:
Original Documents to bring to your Interview:
- Your Passport or ID card (including work permit / visa details if applicable)
- Driving Licence (if applicable)
- Birth Certificate If you do not have a passport or an ID card, you must bring a Full Birth Certificate to confirm your right to work
- Original DBS (If you have one). If you have already signed up to the DBS Update Service, please ensure you bring the DBS Certificate associated with this
- Proof of Address (utilities, credit card bill etc. - this must be less than 3 months old, mobile phone bills are not accepted)
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Qualifications / Certificates as stated on your CV
- National Insurance Number
Driving Licence Confirmation
If the position you are interested in requires a driver, we will ask you to provide information for us to check your driving licence status online with the DVLA
If you are unable to come in to see us and will be having a Skype interview, you will need to please post your documents to us, as listed above.
Please make sure you send by ‘Special Delivery’ and include the same stamps so we can return them to you by the same service. If you do not have all the documents as listed above or have any questions, please contact us before your interview on 020 7729 2200.
Updating Your Snap Account
If you haven’t already done so, please log into your online Snap Account and update as much information as you can – the more information we have, the more likely we will be able to find you a great job! If you need a new password, just click ‘forgotten password? And we’ll send you a new temporary one.
Before your interview, please email us contact details of references covering the last 5 years of employment as detailed on your CV. Please clarify any of any gaps within this period (studying, travel, unemployment, etc.). If you have worked in multiple temporary jobs, please speak with your recruiter who will advise which references we would like to contact.
References must be from people who have known you in a professional capacity such as employers or college tutors or lecturers. Friends, relatives and colleagues are not acceptable as referees. It will speed up the process (and is polite) if you contact your referees prior to us doing so, so they will be expecting to hear from us. Please click here to download a Reference Form
Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Police Check
As part of Snap’s thorough screening process, we ask all the candidates we work with to have an Enhanced DBS and be on the Update Service. Snap are registered with the Disclosure & Barring Service and will process your DBS.
If you are not already on the Update Service, will need you to complete a new DBS form. Please ensure you have a complete 5 year address history with you when you come for your interview.
