Snap Care was created by former SEN nanny Sally Britton and Andrew Knight, inspired by Andrew's daughter, Camilla, who has cerebral palsy.

That personal understanding remains at the heart of how we work: taking the time to understand each person, each family, their needs and their goals so we can find the right support or the right role.
