Since 2001, Snap Care has worked with case managers across the UK to recruit directly employed support staff for children, young people and adults with complex care needs. We recruit for individual placements and full care packages, always working in a way that complements the case manager’s preferred recruitment process.

An introductory agency for directly employed support staff

Snap Care is an introductory agency. Our services are for clients and families who directly employ their support staff. We help attract, identify and introduce suitable candidates, while the successful candidate is employed by the client, family or other agreed direct employer.

Shortlist Service

Most case managers choose our Shortlist Service because it gives you access to candidates, saves time managing applications, and keeps you involved in the recruitment. 

We manage the advertising, candidate enquiries and initial screening, then present a shortlist of suitable candidates for you to consider.
We have access to a large pool of experienced candidates through our extensive database, and many candidates regularly check the Snap Care website for new opportunities.

Full Recruitment Service

Our Full Recruitment Service may be more suitable where family circumstances are particularly complex, or where a client or family is new to recruiting and employing support staff.
We can discuss the circumstances with you and agree the right level of support from the outset.

Experienced in complex care

We are familiar with recruitment within clinical negligence and serious injury claims and work with many case managers, solicitors and legal deputies.

We recruit across the UK for clients typically aged 0–65, including those with:
