After more than 11 incredible years with Snap Care, we’re saying a fond farewell to our wonderful colleague, Jade Coffey.
Jade has been an exceptional recruiter, helping countless families find the support they need and matching talented candidates with roles where they’ve truly made a difference. Over the years, Jade has built a remarkable depth of knowledge around SEN and disability, always approaching her work with empathy, kindness, and understanding.
A true team player, Jade has supported her colleagues with positivity, warmth, and her unmistakable Irish wit!
We will miss her hugely but are absolutely delighted that she’s joining our friends at LOD Case Management as an Associate Case Manager — an exciting new chapter that suits her perfectly. We’re confident Jade will make a brilliant case manager.
