Natasha Callcut: Recruitment Consultant
Inclusion is one of my core values, so completing a Foundation Degree in Inclusive Performance with the Chickenshed Theatre Company, expanded this and inspired me further. I worked alongside individuals with a variety of disabilities and additional needs, we worked collaboratively to devise, deliver, and perform Inclusive theatre. This led me to work within schools as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting children with Cerebral Palsy, ASC and behaviours that may challenge, on a 1-1 basis. I have also worked as an SEN Nanny, working with a Snap Care family for 5 years. Within these roles, I supported children with complex medical needs, Cerebral Palsy, autism and Cortical Visual Impairment. Alongside my professional experience, I have personally experienced what it is to live with a loved one with a disability, as my Mother had MS. I started working for Snap Care in 2022 as a trainee recruiter and am now working as a Recruitment Consultant on the Full Recruitment Desk. Email: natasha@snapcare.co.uk
