About this client/child:
Khalid (7) is an extremely bright young man who is very active, likes sports and is very good in maths. He has a special home schooling programme and has a great team of tutors and therapists. Khalid is autistic and can display behaviour that may challenge. He has a range of triggers and situations which may lead to aggressive behaviour and meltdowns. Khalid has a twin brother who goes to mainstream school and enjoys spending time with his brother. 

Overview of role:
We are seeking an active and energetic Manny whowill be able to jump right in and set out a daily routine quickly and efficiently; supporting Khalid with his learning and making sure there are lots of creative and fun things for the boys to do. Your role will be primarily to support Khalid, however his twin brother will always need to be included. The role requires you to help with the nursery duties and light housework. This family have a fully-staffed household and you must have an understanding of professional boundaries. You will be working 7.30am to 7.30pm on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday. This will include alternate weekends and 3 or 4 shifts each week. The shifts can be flexible for the right person.

This job will suit an experienced Manny with previous experience working in a family home. You will be fun, sporty and with great experience of behavioural management. It is essential you are a team player as you will be working alongside other team members.
