A lovely family in the Worcester area are recruiting additional members for their daughter’s care team, permanent positions available. Charlotte 13, has cerebral palsy and uses switches to support her communication, she is a wheelchair user, and is dependent on others to meet all her care needs. Charlotte is a bright, engaging and funny young lady who enjoys sensory stories, pamper days, messy craft activities and creative play.
This role will involve supporting Charlotte with all aspects of her care plan, therapy programmes and activities. Charlotte requires dedicated support workers who will promote her independence and support her in all areas of development to ensure she is reaching her full potential. This job will suit an outgoing, enthusiastic and caring female* support worker with excellent communication skill and high standard of practice.
**Shifts available: Term time: Monday to Friday 7.00am – 10.00am | 3.00pm – 7.00pm Weekends: 9.00am – 6.00pm and additional hours available during school holidays. Please let Snap know your availability.
