About the Client/Child We are seeking an exceptional Nanny / PA to support two young girls, aged 8 and 10, within a private, fully staffed household in Riyadh. Both girls are bright, engaging, and full of personality. They enjoy typically girly interests such as baking, arts and crafts, all things pink and sparkly, and spending time together. They are confident, strong-willed children who thrive with consistency, clear boundaries, and positive guidance. The successful candidate will play a central role in the girls' daily lives, ensuring routines run smoothly whilst providing structure, encouragement, and support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on childcare with the organisational aspects of a PA role and is confident managing strong characters with a calm, positive, and consistent approach.

The Role at a Glance This is a varied Nanny / PA role combining childcare, education support, and day-to-day organisation. You will oversee the girls' schedules, coordinating school communications, appointments, extracurricular activities, playdates, travel arrangements, and seasonal wardrobe management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with schools, tutors, activity providers, and the wider household team, you will act as the key point of coordination for the girls' daily lives. The role also includes supporting homework and learning where appropriate, encouraging positive study habits, independence, and personal responsibility. Alongside the practical and administrative responsibilities, you will provide guidance and consistency, helping the girls navigate daily routines whilst building confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour. This position would suit someone who can combine warmth and nurturing care with strong organisational skills and natural leadership.

This Job Would Suit This role would suit an experienced Nanny / PA who has previously worked within a private or fully staffed household and is confident managing both childcare and administrative responsibilities. You will be highly organised, proactive, and discreet, with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple schedules and commitments with ease. The successful candidate will be confident in managing age-appropriate behaviour and setting firm but positive boundaries. A strong educational background or experience supporting school-aged children with homework, tutoring, or academic development would be highly advantageous. The family is seeking a positive, energetic professional who can take initiative, work independently, and become a trusted long-term member of the household.

Why You'll Love This Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming private household in a long-term position where you can make a genuine impact on the children's development and daily lives. You'll enjoy an attractive benefits package including accommodation within the family's secure gated compound, medical insurance, annual flights home, 30 days' annual leave, and the opportunity to travel internationally during school holidays.

Recruitment Process Snap Care is managing the full recruitment process, including shortlisting, recruiter interviews, and arranging employer interviews.
