About this client/child:
Jake (8) is a caring passionate young boy who enjoys going to the park, going out for a walks, messy and creative play, listening to music and watching television. Jake has Cerebral Palsy affecting all four limbs, he is completely dependent on others and requires assistance with all aspects of daily living. He is fed via PEG and has communication difficulties but enjoys exploring ways to progress his skills further.

Overview of role:
Your role will be to support Jake with his morning and after school routine, providing personal care, assisting with feeds and bath time and organise fun activities and outings at the weekends and in school holidays. You will implement programmes from a variety of therapists, including physio, speech and occupational in a fun, creative and playful way. Hourly rate is £14.50 weekdays and  £15.50 weekends. Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 9.45am, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2.30pm to 8.30pm Saturday 10.00am to 6.00pm, this could be a shared position.
