Car on Duty: On duty, vehicle is automatic drive
Essential: Experience supporting a client with autism
Start Date: ASAP, but willing to wait for the right person
Days & Hours: Mixture of shifts, evenings, weekends and on-call nights

Oscar is a delightful 13 year old with a great sense of humour and an endearing gentle nature. He has mild cerebral palsy, autism and anxiety. Oscar enjoys swimming, trampolining and spending time at home reading, watching TV and playing computer games.
We are seeking an enthusiastic but sensitive PA who can motivate and encourage Oscar to reach his full potential through therapy and activity. You will provide reassurance and positive reinforcement for him to achieve. Oscar requires assistance/prompting with some personal care, and light domestic duties will also be required.
Ideally you will have worked with a child of this age or a little younger who has similar behavioural and sensory needs. You’ll be positive, energetic and have a sense of fun. A mature attitude and someone who can be sensitive to the needs of the whole family is essential.
