Wage: £24,843.00 gross per annum + weekend and night supplement
Driver required? Essential, must be a confident driver
Use of a car? Client’s automatic vehicle, on shift
Essential:DBS, ability to travel
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours:  You will be part of a rolling rota which provides 24 hours support with a sleeping night. (35 hours per week but shared position considered for the right candidate)
Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom when on night shift

About this client/child:
Bea (24) is an elite athlete and loves to travel. Besides sport she loves socialising and enjoys entertaining, she regularly speaks at conferences and workshops about life with a communication impairment and physical disability. Bea lives independently and you will join a great team who work with her on a 1-1 basis around the clock.  

Overview of role:
The role includes facilitating every aspect of Bea’s life, providing personal care, driving extensively and being a companion. On any day you might facilitate Bea to do a gym programme, a strength and conditioning programme or practice her sport. Bea regularly has weekends away for training and competitions - including playing for GB with her eye on the rearranged paralympics, you will need a valid passport.

You need to be calm and level-headed, love to laugh, have a sense of adventure, want to be busy and be willing to facilitate and empower Bea to live the life she wants. This role is suitable only for *female candidates.
