Days & Hours: 36 hours +, 3 shifts per week either day or night shifts (12 hours), availability to be discussed at interview

Max is an intelligent, active and sociable 24 year old. He enjoys Mixed Martial art and loves to be out and about. He is currently studying Economics and Maths at Open University.
Max is a wheelchair user, is ventilated and relies on others with all aspects of personal care and daily living tasks.
Max is looking for an additional *Female Support worker to join his team who will assist him to live as independently as possible. Your role will be to supporting him through personal care routines, accompanying him out and organising activities Max can engage in.
We need to be a good team player, you will working alongside other support workers or Max’s parents. Previous experience is not required and all essential training will be provided. You need to be proactive, willing to learn and friendly.
