Desirable: Experience supporting a client with additional needs and highly desirable to have previous therapy experience.

Jessica 16 is an outgoing, bright and adventurous young lady who loves skiing, writing, politics and philosophy. Jessica has cerebral palsy, a speech impediment and is a wheelchair user. Jessica lives at home with her family.
In this role you will be responsible for enabling Jessica to lead a fulfilling social life including developing her social skills and meaningful friendships, assisting in researching, planning, booking and taking part in fun activities. Jessica would like to continue planning trips away in the UK and abroad, she has a real zest for life and we are looking for a similar trait in the person who will join her team. Additional responsibilities include assisting with daily living, personal care, maximising Jessica’s physical and psychological well-being and maintaining safety at all times.
This is an exciting and rewarding role and a wonderful opportunity to support an ambitious client. Due to the nature of this role, Jessica needs support workers / PA’s who are flexible with their availability, reliable, genuine and caring. You will be creative, fun and positive with a real passion for supporting young adults with additional needs.
