Days & Hours: Saturday 11.00am to 11.00pm and Sunday 10.30am to 2.00pm OR 2.00pm to 10.30pm, Friday shift available from 4.00pm - 10.30pm

Louise 16, is a smart, outgoing and fun girl who loves gaming, social media and art. Louise has cerebral palsy, she is a wheelchair user and requires 2:1 support with all personal care tasks, such as dressing, washing, toileting, managing gastrostomy etc. Louise is non-verbal but communicates with an Eye Gaze device and it is essential that you are computer literate and able to learn to use new gaming and communication software packages..
We require a team of bubbly and friendly support workers who can support Louise with each aspect of her care from getting up to going to bed, including assist with homework and studies, access to the community and church and exploring new interests and having fun!
This position would suit an energetic and outgoing candidate with a great sense of humour who understands the importance of promoting independence. You’ll need to be confident liaising with professionals, working alongside other team members and Louise’s parents and being sensitive to their needs.
