Hours and Days: 2 days per week (24 hours)
We are seeking a confident SEN Nanny with great behavioural experience to support lovely siblings (7 and 4). Arthur is an extremely bright and active 7-year-old boy who wants to be a computer scientist when he grows up.
Arthur has been diagnosed with autism and ADHD. He experiences high levels of anxiety, sensory and behavioural difficulties which requires a fair, consistent, and kind approach. Certain stimuli and situations can trigger his anxiety and behaviour that may challenge. Arthur’s younger sister Sarah is happy and sociable and can’t wait to start the big school in September.
The role will involve building a caring relationship with the children, assisting with their daily before and after school routine. Arthur attends school on a restricted schedule now and Sarah will be at school full time.
You will be responsible for all daily nanny duties, light household duties, cooking the evening meal for the family, organising aged appropriate and stimulating activities and of course having lots of fun!
This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate. You will be working in a friendly environment with active and very bright children.
