About this client/child:
Lily (2) is an affectionate, gorgeous little girl who loves pretend play. Her twin brother Tom is cute and charming and loves running outside, climbing, bubbles and playing with his cards. He is very energetic and active, he needs to be supervised at all time as he is not aware of danger. He is very quick on his feet and you have to ensure his safety. The twins were born very premature at 28 weeks. Tom has diagnosis of autism, he is non-verbal and has chronical lung disease and asthma.
Overview of role:
As an SEN Nanny, you’ll be confident in a shared care. and sole charge role. You’ll support Mum and enable her to spend quality 1:1 time with the children. You’ll assist mum to set up a routine for both children, guide her and support her with all tasks involving the twins. You will plan fun, educational and creative activities that the children can enjoy, and trips out and about. You’ll support their individual developmental goals working on their language and communication skills, etc. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 12.00pm to 8.00pm and one weekend per month. Certain flexibility is required.
