Q: Can I take the candidate on holiday with us? 

A: Yes, this can be built into your vacancy advert. As employers, you will be responsible for all costs including travel, accommodation and insurance. 

Q: How much do I pay the candidate?

A: We recommend the National Minimum Wage. If you want to pay a little more, you're likely to have more applicants to your vacancy.

Q: Do I have to pay tax and N!?
A: Not always, it depends on the amount earned and tax thresholds. Click here for more info.

Q: I work, can I leave the candidate in sole charge of my child (children)? 
A: No, you are recruiting someone who has little or no experience as a very useful extra pair of hands. They will need supervision, guidance and support. 

Q: Is there a minimum contract period?
A: Yes, to make this viable for everyone, there is a minimum of 4 weeks

Q: What candidate checks will Snap do?
A: We'll interview, check original documents, obtain references and make sure the candidate has a current DBS. 

Q: What are Snap placement fees?
A: Agency fees are £100.00 + Vat for each week the candidate works. This is a reduced fee from £150.00 for our usual temp placements.
