If you'd prefer to carry out the recruitment yourself, we can help get your job in front of the right candidates.
We'll advise and help you create a job advert that will appeal to the candidates you're trying to attract. We'll take care of all the promotion and advertising for your vacancy as well as carrying out our own extensive candidate searches through our resources, networks and known contacts. You can choose to use your company logo if you wish.
We'll screen applications based on your objective criteria. Most clients choose around 2 or 3 points such as essential experience, ability to drive and location. You can then decide who you want to contact and take through the recruitment process.
Cost of the Snap Shortlist: £1,800.00 plus VAT
The Snap Shortlist Process:
1. Speak with one of our recruiters
If we haven't worked with you before, we like to have an initial conversation so we can explain how we work and also understand how you do. Our consultants are approachable, professional and knowledgeable and will be pleased to answer any questions you have. Our number is 020 7729 2200, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
2. Complete a Vacancy Registration Form
To start the process, we ask you to complete a vacancy registration form. Please feel free to send additional Job Descriptions, Person / Job Specifications which we can incorporate into your advert.
3. Application Forms
If you require candidates to complete a registration form, we can send this to applicants to help speed up the process.
4. Attracting Candidates to Your Job:
Snap is known in the industry as the specialist agency and candidates regularly check our website for new jobs. We will place additional adverts as appropriate at no extra cost. Your job advert will be distributed to targeted candidates on our extensive database, built up since 2001 and through Snap's social media platforms.
5. Extensive Searches
Your designated recruiter or resourcer, will also carry out extensive searches both externally and through Snap contacts and networks. They will then shortlist applications based on the objective criteria you have set.
6. Sending Candidate Details:
Once we have identified potential candidates, we will send you their CV.
7. Contacting Candidates:
If you are interested in any of the candidates, we encourage you to contact them as soon as you can; good candidates don't hang around for long! The candidates have been advised you will contact them directly so will be anticipating your call or email. We are happy to advise unsuccessful applicants at this stage, but it is only appropriate for you to do so with candidates you have interviewed.
8. Keeping Snap Updated
Your recruiter / resourcer will keep in regular contact with you, but we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you have contacted candidates - or if they are not suitable. Please let Snap know by email of any arranged interviews, trials and job offers within 2 working days, so we can keep the progress of your vacancy up to date. Snap will not target candidates actively engaged in your recruitment process for other roles. (Please note, candidates may receive automated emails when new jobs are posted if their criteria matches that job or independently apply for other vacancies).
When you have offered the job and it has been accepted, we will raise an invoice for £1,800.00 + VAT.
