Full-Time SEN Nanny 
Location: Chiswick, W4  
Wage: £29,100.00 - £40,400.00 Depending on experience, gross per annum 
Essential: Experience working with children between the ages of 2-8 years old, Autism Spectrum Condition/Asperger’s experience, and previously worked in a family or school setting and non-smoker/vaper. Driver. 
Days & Hours: Term-time: Monday to Friday: 11.30am – 7.30 pm School Holidays Monday to Friday: 3 full days 9.00 am - 7.30 pm and 2 days: 11.30am - 7.30pm  Additional hours worked will be paid at the hourly rate.

About this client/child:
Ryan is 7 years old; he is a bright, articulate, active, and curious chap who enjoys forest school, music, and ice skating! His younger sister Anna is 2 years old is an inquisitive, energetic, and engaging little girl. Ryan and Anna both enjoy reading books, the outdoors, and learning about the world around them. Ryan is diagnosed with Asperger’s and requires additional support with self-regulation and social communications skills development. The family requires a proactive, communicative, and energetic SEN Nanny to assist after school and during school holidays.

Overview of role:
The role of SEN Nanny is to encourage and motivate the children to reach their full potential, promoting their independence and giving them the opportunity to explore and learn. A collaborative role, working alongside Mum in both a sole charge and shared care role. Ryan is currently participating in the Social Thinking Programme (training provided), an excellent tool to gain further insight and learning with social-emotional skills. The SEN Nanny will provide fun and educational learning experiences for the children.

Typical SEN Nanny duties include; assist with school pick-ups, after school club & activities, structured playdates homework, cooking evening meals, bath-time and bedtime routine, and nursery duties. The SEN Nanny will pitch in as and when required ensuring family life runs smoothly!
Rates: £13.00 - £18.00 Gross per Hour depending in experience.
