The family are looking for someone who can commit long-term so Chloe can build a good bond with them to ultimately help reduce her anxiety and over-dependence on her parents. The family are working with a highly experienced Early Interventions Consultant (who work with Snap) who will liaise with the SEN Family Support Worker on strategies and techniques.

This is an amazing opportunity to support Chloe through her daily challenges, support her parents and in turn have a positive impact on family life as a whole.
