About this client/child: 
Tom (12) is a lovely young man who likes animals, enjoys exploring nature and playing in the garden.  Tom has athetoid cerebral palsy, respiratory problems, epilepsy, and severe dystonia. Tom is non-verbal but can express his likes and dislikes. Tom is fully dependent on others for all his personal care, transfers, and mobilisation in his wheelchair. He is fed a blended diet and received fluid and medication via a Gastrostomy.

Overview of role:
We are seeking several people to support Tom. In this role you’ll tend to all Tom’s needs throughout the night. Staying in the carers room, you will watch him throughout the night via a monitor, and respond to any seizures he has, and assist with all his personal care needs.
