Our lovely client is 20 years old and looking to recruit additional Female* Support Workers / PA’s to expand her current care team. Tara has an acquired brain injury, is registered blind and is a wheelchair user (for longer journeys). Tara lives in Acton with her family and she attends college in the local area, her main interests are music and she loves shopping and socialising. 

In this role you’ll support Tara with her daily tasks and activities, all aspects of her care plan, and work alongside her treating therapists to encourage and motivate Tara to reach her rehabilitation goals. A large part of this role will be supporting Tara out and about in the community, exploring new interests and enabling Tara to be as independent as possible.

We are looking for energetic, creative and positive support workers with previous experience supporting a young adult with additional needs.

**Shifts available: Tuesday to Friday 3.00pm – 8.00pm and Saturdays 10.00am - 8.00pm. Please get in touch with your available.
