Wage / Salary: £13.00 weekdays £15.00 weekends. Sleeping night: £78.30 weekdays gross per shift. Full 24 hour shift starts at £260.00 gross per shift. Increases at weekend.

Use of a car? On duty, manual drive
Desirable: Experience supporting a client in a family setting. Personality fit just as important.
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: 2 x 24 hour shifts. Weekday shifts. Shift starts at 7:00pm and includes a sleeping night. Ability to be flexible to provide cover during annual leave and sickness and occasional weekends.
Accommodation: Separate bedroom and bathroom.

Our client Elaine is 42 years old and sustained an acquired brain injury, as a result, she requires round the clock support. Elaine lives in Leatherhead with her 19 year old son, supported by a 24 hour care team.
Elaine has a great sense of humour and enjoys spending time out and about in the community although she can become anxious and reluctant when faced with new situations. Elaine’s brain injury mainly affects her short term memory which causes anxiety and low motivation. All activities and engagement will be aimed at promoting independence, confidence, development, enhancing self-esteem, learn new skills and enabling Elaine to live a positive and happy life.
Elaine requires prompting and support with personal care, stoma care (training provided) and accessing activities and social events. A driver is essential for this role as is experience supporting an adult client with additional needs. Elaine requires a mature female* support worker who enjoys similar activities and interests.
