£12.00 - £14.00 Gross per Hour! We are recruiting, flexible, proactive and committed Support Workers to join a small but busy care team.   

Location: Area, Postcode: West Chiltington, RH20
Nearest Train Station: Pulborough
Wage / Salary: Weekdays £12.00 gross per hour |Weekends £14.00 gross per hour. Nights: £108.00 - £119.00 Gross per night.
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? On duty, will need own car to travel to family home
Essential Experience: Supporting a client with cerebral palsy and complex medical needs
Start Date: ASAP or date to suit the appropriate candidate.  
Days and Hours: Covering shifts advertised on a fixed or flexible rota.
Resting Nights: Thursday, Friday and Saturday  9.30pm - 8.30am. 

We are delighted to be working in association with Brownbill Associates Ltd. to support the recruitment for this position. They will be carrying out the shortlisting and interviewing of candidates.  

Tom aged 7 1/2 years requires support workers to join his small care team. He is a loving, sweet and cheeky chap who has cerebral palsy and additional medical needs. We are looking to recruit calm, engaging and experienced support workers to join Toms’ team. The team work closely with the parents who are instrumental in their son’s care.

The role involves supporting Tom with his therapeutic programs through fun activities and to support his learning and assisting with water based activities including hydrotherapy. Also with daily tasks such as personal care and assisting with providing his home prepared diet and medication via his feeding tube.

This job will suit a confident and reliable candidate who has flexibility to fit into the team and support the family with the care hours required and to accompany Tom and his family on holiday.

Training will be provided for all aspects of Tom’s care and mandatory health and safety training.
