Sarah is 17 years old and loves everything about sports, especially playing wheelchair basketball! She is a sociable, intelligent young woman who attends a mainstream school with support. Sarah has an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Sarah’s speech can be a little difficult to understand when you initially meet her.

Your role will be to support Sarah to engage in her rehabilitation programme, attend the gym and participate in social and sporting activities, all of which will help develop her independence. You’ll need to be fit and active, and willing to join in some of the activities. At other times, you’ll discretely support Sarah in the background. Personal care is not required.

This will suit someone active and sporty with a good sense of fun. You’ll need to develop a friendly, ‘buddy’ relationship with Sarah while maintaining your professional position.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to support a delightful young woman and help her move forward to becoming a more independent young adult.

If you are interested in this role, please send your CV and we will forward to our client for their consideration.

Please note, whilst Snap endeavour to reply to all applications, some of our positions are so popular this is not possible and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
