Days & Hours: Shifts available: Monday to Saturday 8.30 am – 8.00 pm. We are looking for a long-term commitment to a minimum of 2 shifts per week.

About this client/child:
Jim is 16 years old; he loves to spend time with his family, watching YouTube, hydrotherapy sessions and getting out and about. Jim has complex care and medical needs, he has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and receives his food via a PEG. Jim communicates using sounds, facial expressions and body language. He requires support to meet all his care needs including personal care, hoisting and medicine administration.
Overview of role:
Jim requires support with his afterschool and weekend routine, you’ll assist Jim with all aspects of his care plan, enable him to take part in activities and implement his therapy programmes as instructed by his treating therapist. You’ll liaise with Jim’s family, case manager and MDT, ensure he is receiving the highest standard of care and continually promote his independence.
