£12.00 Gross per Hour. Full and part time positions available for a care package in Neston, Cheshire area to provide 2:1 support to a 15 year old with a physical disability

Use of a car? On duty, adapted vehicle: automatic drive
Essential: Experience supporting with teenagers with physical and communication difficulties. Willingness to undertake care certificate training
Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent
Start Date: ASAP

A fantastic position in now available in Neston to provide support to an outgoing, sociable
and determined young man. Simon 15, loves football, computer games and is a real foodie who enjoys eating out and spending time with his friends. Simon requires 2:1 support, he has cerebral palsy, is a wheelchair user and has speech and communication difficulties.

Simon is building a care team to provide support so he can live life independently and to his full potential. The role will involve assisting and supporting Simon with each aspect of his daily life including escorting to and collecting from school, implementing therapy programmes, personal care, accessing social activities, arranging and supporting with outings, exploring new interests and hobbies.

This job will suit support workers / buddies who are passionate about supporting people with additional needs. Simon is looking for the right people to join his team so he is happy to consider offering both full and part time contracts.

*Term time
Monday 6:45am – 10:00am
Tuesday: 2:30pm – 9:10pm
Wednesday: 6:45am – 10:00am and 2:30pm - 5:30pm 
Thursday: 6:45am – 10:00am and 2:30pm – 5:30pm
Friday 6:45am – 10:00am and 2:30pm – 9:10pm
Additional hours available during school holidays.
