Snap Care is a specialist agency recruiting high calibre support workers, SEN Nannies / Mannies, therapists and Personal Assistants to support children, young people and adults with disabilities in their own homes.
Established in 2001, we offer a range of recruitment solutions to our clients to find the very best support typically at the client’s home, but sometimes in rehab, hospital, educational or work settings. We work directly with private families and clients, and also via case managers and solicitors across the UK.
We are seeking a dynamic, confident new recruiter to join the team in our London office. This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday. You’ll have your own caseload but we work very much as a team too. You’ll be supported by our excellent admin team. You’ll be joining Snap at an exciting time; we are expanding our offer by creating a new Snap Home Care division as a service provider. While recruitment experience is highly desirable, experience with clients with disabilities and the right attitude is more important and recruitment training will be provided as needed for the successful candidate.
The job is based in our Shoreditch office but you will regularly visit clients in their homes across the UK.
We are seeking individuals with the following attributes:
Essential:
- At least 3 years+ experience supporting children and/or adults with disabilities
- Passionate and committed to providing the best service to support our clients and their families
- Dedicated to positively promote inclusion, diversity and independence
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people, great telephone manner
- Computer Literate, competent user of emails, social media etc.
Highly Preferable
- Recruitment experience, can be in-house or external
- Office experience
- Educated to degree level+
