A fun but informative day for care and healthcare support workers, students and professionals, parents of children (of any age) with a disability or additional needs (and siblings of course!).
Who’s the day for?
This day is for families with children (of any age) with disabilities or additional needs, people who support them; SEN Nannies and Mannies, Support Workers, Therapists, Personal Assistants and Carers, care and healthcare students and other professionals who are passionate about disability issues.
Who’s going to be there?
We will have presentations including those from Nannytax (our lovely sponsors!), Chiltern Music Therapy and Bonnie the Bubble Lady - who creates bubbles big enough to be inside!
Free face painting will be available from artist Adela, talented drummer Alberto will be demonstrating the Adembe, Conga and Cajón drums and drama therapist Shereene will be facilitating some fun, interactive physical warm-up exercises, parachute games and songs.
Nannytax: Advice and information on all payroll matters, whether you are an employer or employee, Nannytax will be pleased to answer your questions and give advice.
Chiltern Music Therapy: Learn about the benefits of Music Therapy and how we can all enjoy music

Meet the Snap Team
Of course, the Snap team will be there too! We’ll be available to discuss work opportunities, our Summer Scheme (Paid work experience for people with limited or no SEN experience who want to gain experience), and answer any questions you may have in a relaxed atmosphere.
We’ll be running a CV Workshop for anyone who wants some tips on creating the best CV for Snap jobs, to help you best promote yourself and get the job you really want!
We have had some fabulous raffle prizes many of which have been kindly donated by our exhibitors such as a Family Day Pass to a Safari Park of choice (in the UK!) from solicitors Knights 1759 and also from people who wanted to but were unable to attend such as @SenMagazine who have donated a years’ subscription to the magazine!
Everyone attending will receive a Snap Goody Bag with more info and well, - some goodies!
