Starting salary: £18,000 to £20,000 gross per annum according to experience

Snap Care recruit high calibre Support Workers, SEN Nannies, Mannies, Carers and Therapists across the UK and Internationally. We have an opening for an Office / Social Media Assistant based in our Shoreditch office. This is a full-time permanent role, with scope to progress within the company.

We are looking for an ambitious, confident assistant who will help our recruiters make more placements and promote our company to clients, candidates and organisations through social media.

Your role will include:

  • Searching for CVs on platforms such as CV Library, Total Jobs
  • Adding CVs to our database and communicating with potential candidates through email and on the phone.
  • Sourcing, producing and posting engaging content on our social media channels
  • Responding to inquiries made via social media
  • Creating or assisting with new campaigns to promote the work Snap does
  • General office duties such as answering the phone, photocopying etc.


  • You will have the ability to gain knowledge of a wide range of disabilities through the job
  • A career path from office / social media assistant, to recruiter assistant, to specialist recruiter, is available for successful candidates
  • You will work alongside a small, but busy team who are dedicated to supporting children, young people and adults with disabilities or additional needs

We are keen to hear from people who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities, (and their families) who have the following skills and experience:


  • Some experience related to supporting a child, young person or adult with a disability. This can be personal experience, for example supporting a relative who has a disability, or voluntary or paid experience
  • Social media experience including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to communicate with a variety of people

Highly Preferable

  • Some sales experience (Including cold calling, telesales, charity fund-raising)
  • Office experience
