Starting salary of £28,500.00 + gross per annum. Professional Care Team Leader in London required for Jessie 11. 


Location: Chelsea, London SW3
Nearest Train Station: Sloane Square | South Kensington
Wage / Salary: Starting at £15.00 - £17.00 gross per hour negotiable depending on experience | £117.00 gross per night sleep-in rate.

Jessie 11, is an ambitious, energetic and witty character. Jessie had a stroke when she was 2 years old and nine years on she has made exceptional progress. Jessie requires assistance with day to day tasks, she faces challenges with processing information and learning, reading and understanding emotions which present with challenging behaviour, physical movements and requires prompting.

The role as Team Leader will involve supervising a small but busy team and liaising with other professionals i.e. school and therapists. You will accompany Mum and Jessie on various trips and a valid passport is required. More information available during Snap interview.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate, resilient, accommodating with the ability to hit the ground running. You will have the confidence to work both sole charge and alongside Mum.

The hours will include working on a rota covering: Term time: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 10.00am and 3.00pm to 8.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am – 3.00pm. One sleep in shift per week - 12 hour shift. School Holidays: 40 hours per week.
