Sam (5) and his younger brother Ben (18 months) are looking for a SEND Nanny / Manny to provide before and after school care while their Mummy is working. Sam has cerebral palsy, he is physically dependent on others for his care needs. Sam is very communicative and loves to chit chat, he attends a mainstream school and is progressing very well. Ben is a happy, content little guy and loves his big brother!
The role will involve assisting with the morning routine, ensuring both children are prepared for school and nursery, Sam will be collected each morning and the SEND Nanny / Manny will drop Ben off to nursery and pick him up. In the afternoon when Sam arrives home he will need support with his homework and his basic SLT, physio therapy programme. Sam loves to spell, he is a future Mr Spelling B. The main nursery duties will be required, such as meal preparation, appointments, laundry, diary management and arranging playdates.
This job will suit an organised, proactive and confident SEND Nanny / Manny. This is a busy household as Mum works full-time so we are looking for her right hand man / woman. It’s all hands on deck when needed.
