We are seeking a kind, patient and proactive female* SEN Nanny for charming brothers Ben, aged 10 and Thomas 9. Both boys are well-mannered, loving and charismatic. They are funny and interesting characters and they will return your support and care with love. Both boys have been diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum and we are looking for an SEN Nanny who will focus on their individual needs and help them reach their full potential.
The role will involve building a caring relationship with the children, assisting with the after school routine, attending medical and school appointments, light housework/nursery duties, cooking, and planning activities for the children. You will be supporting both boys with their homework (spelling and maths) and liaise with their teachers and teaching assistants.
The current nanny is leaving after 5 years and there will be a handover period to ensure the continuity of care. This exciting position will suit an organised, patient and kind SEN Nanny with a child-centred approach. Great and rewarding position to support this friendly family.
