Salary: Upwards of £34,000, according to experience 
Location: Shoreditch EC2. Operating within the M25
Start Date: May 2019 
Hours: Full-time, core hours 8.30am to 5.30pm


We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Manager for an exciting new opportunity.
Since 2001, Snap Care has been offering services to children, young people and adults with disabilities as an Introductory Agency. We support private clients with a range of disabilities including those with complex medical needs, Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal Injury. We will be creating a new division to act as a service provider to further support our clients’ needs.

As the Registered Manager, you will be involved with our CQC application and manage the day to day delivery of the highest quality person-centered care. As this is a new development you will be required to make sure that the CQC requirements are met and that the division will develop and grow. You'll be proactive at developing the business through our existing client base, you'll be instrumental in growing the service user hours whilst maintaining a quality service.

Snap Care is well-known and recognised for its high calibre candidates and service. You will ensure this high standard is carried through in this division. We have strong client and case manager links already in place.

As Registered Manager…

  • You'll take on new care packages, ensuring that care assessments, risks assessments and care plans are completed
  • You'll ensure that the service is run in compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • You'll recruit, lead and supervise the staff team
  • You'll have the responsibility for growing the business, looking to increase the hours

The Successful Registered Manager will...

  • Have a thorough understanding of CQC standards and implementing them
  • Have experience in the private sector supporting discerning clients 
  • Have experience in a commercial environment
  • Ideally have assisted with a previous CQC registration
  • Be proactive in approach, continuously looking to develop and grow
  • Have experience of managing domiciliary care services in the community, and registered with CQC 
  • Have experience supporting clients with complex needs
  • Be qualified to NVQ4/QCF level 5
  • Be a driver with your own vehicle
