We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Manager for an exciting new opportunity.
Since 2001, Snap Care has been offering services to children, young people and adults with disabilities as an Introductory Agency. We support private clients with a range of disabilities including those with complex medical needs, Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal Injury. We will be creating a new division to act as a service provider to further support our clients’ needs.
As the Registered Manager, you will be involved with our CQC application and manage the day to day delivery of the highest quality person-centered care. As this is a new development you will be required to make sure that the CQC requirements are met and that the division will develop and grow. You'll be proactive at developing the business through our existing client base, you'll be instrumental in growing the service user hours whilst maintaining a quality service.
Snap Care is well-known and recognised for its high calibre candidates and service. You will ensure this high standard is carried through in this division. We have strong client and case manager links already in place.
