Registered Manager for Snap Care’s New Domiciliary Care Division

Location: London EC2 |Salary Guide: £34,000+ according to experience | Contract: Permanent, Full-time

We are seeking a motivated Registered Manager for an exciting new opportunity within an established recruitment company. Since 2001, Snap Care has recruited high calibre support workers, PAs and SEN Nannies/Mannies to work with children, young people and adults with disabilities.

As an Introductory Agency, we support individuals with a range of disabilities including those with complex medical needs, Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal Injury. We have recently obtained our CQC registration and can now also act as a service provider to further support our clients’ needs. This new division will initially operate within the M25 corridor and focus on services to support children and young people/young adults.

As the Registered Manager, you'll manage the day to day delivery of the highest quality, person-centred care. You'll be proactive in developing the business with existing and new clients, and be instrumental in growing billable hours whilst maintaining a quality service. You’ll manage this division, working alongside our existing team of recruiters and admin staff.

Snap Care is well-known and recognised for its high calibre candidates and service, and you’ll ensure this high standard is carried through in this division. We have strong client and case manager relationships already in place.

As Registered Manager…

  • You'll take on new care packages, ensuring that care assessments, risks assessments and care plans are completed.
  • You'll ensure that the service is run in compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • You'll recruit, lead and supervise the staff team
  • You'll have the responsibility for growing the business
     

Essential for this role:

  • A thorough understanding of CQC standards and implementing them
  • Experience managing a domiciliary care service in the community
  • Experience with clients with complex needs
  • Be registered, or have previously been registered with CQC as a manager, including the regulated activity of personal care
  • IT literate with experience in software programmes such as Care Planner and QCS (or similar)
  • Be qualified to NVQ4/QCF level 5 (or equivalent acceptable qualification)
  • Be an excellent communicator and manager
  • Have the drive, enthusiasm and commitment to develop a fantastic service
