Days & Hours: Family requires support after-school, weekends, babysitting and school holidays. Flexible hours with a minimum of 10 hours a week are offered. The most important factor is finding the right personality fit for their son.

Frankie 8, is an active, sociable and intelligent young chap who loves exploring the great outdoors, taking his dog for long country walks, playing football and Minecraft. Frankie has a diagnosis of ASC and PDA, he has high levels of anxiety and sensory processing difficulties. He is educated in a mainstream setting and a teaching assistant supports him full-time on a 1:1 basis and he benefits from a sensory diet which is delivered by the school.
As Frankie’s SEN Nanny / Manny you’ll assist and support with the afterschool routine such as: homework support, playing games and having fun, arranging creative and educational activities and playdates, cooking nutritious meals and promoting Frankie’s independence and help him with self-regulation and expressing his emotions.
The hours available are very flexible for the right SEN Nanny / Manny. The family are ideally looking for a few hours support afterschool one or two times per week with additional hours available during school holidays and perhaps working the odd weekend if there is any event of activity one that Frankie will thoroughly enjoy.
This position will suit a student studying within the therapy field or TA / LSA and will give the opportunity to gain more experience working with a child with ASD, PDA and working within a family setting.
