We are seeking a dedicated, positive and confident full-time housekeeper/ carer to assist mum with twins Magda and Ethan aged 14. They also have a younger brother Jamie who is aged 10. Magda and Ethan are both bright, sociable children who have cerebral palsy. They are very aware of what is going on around them and are very communicative through their facial expressions.

Magda and Ethan enjoy shopping trips, going to sporting events, playing with their little brother and dog and visiting family and friends. The twins require assistance with their daily living including feeding, facilitating fun activities, assistance with outings and their personal care.  The position would also include general housekeeping responsibilities such as preparing meals and assisting with washing, cleaning and laundry. Mum is often around or another carer may be present to assist. The nanny will not be left alone with both twins except for very short periods.

The twins attend weekly boarding school, so working hours will vary between term-time and school holidays, however the family will pay a regular extremely attractive fixed annual salary. During the term time hours the Nanny should be available if the twins become poorly or if they have hospital appointments to attend.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, have a good sense of humour and be able to get ‘stuck in’. No experience of working with disabled children is required, but experience of working with busy families is important. This is a great family known to Snap for several years.
