We are seeking an active, fun and level-headed female* SEN nanny for charming siblings aged 9 and 6. Emma is a delightful girl who loves dancing, ballet, playing piano and creative activities. Her brother Dan, 6, is very sweet; he enjoys gymnastics, playing games, going to the park and being active. Both children have Cystic Fibrosis, which causes a buildup of sticky fluid in the lungs, digestive system and other organs and requires a special routine to control the symptoms.

We are looking for a nanny with SEN experience, ideally someone who has previous medication management skills and is confident, with plenty of common sense and willing to learn new skills. You will be required to assist with the children’s medication, physio routine and attend medical appointments.  The role will involve building a caring relationship with the children, assisting after school, light housework / nursery duties, cooking, planning activities and running errands for the family as and when needed.

Mum is very hands-on and requires an SEN Nanny who can work alongside, and support her, but also able to take sole charge. This exciting position will suit a friendly, flexible and kind SEN Nanny who can multi-task and ‘pitch in’ as and when needed; you’ll be a creative and sensitive person with good understanding of SEN and genuine interest in working with children.  A truly rewarding position to support this fantastic family.

*Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 for a female worker to work with our client.

Please note, whilst Snap endeavour to reply to all applications, some of our positions are so popular this is not possible and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
