£39,000 gross per annum. Part Time *Female Team leader (Registered nurse) with complex care experience required for little girl aged 3.

Sarah 3, is an adorable little girl who likes being cuddled and listening to music, particularly reggae!  She enjoys a lot of stimulation, soft, furry textures and responds well to sensory equipment. Sarah has cerebral palsy, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment and a sleeping disorder. We are looking for a Nurse Team leader who will lead the team of support workers but also take a lead on the support planning and clinical tasks. 

You will be responsible for supporting Sarah by providing personal care, following recommended therapy techniques, monitoring her health and assist Sarah with all aspects of her routine as well as supporting and supervising her care team. Your role will be to draw up rotas, update the care plans and ensure that the team are providing the highest standard of care and support to Sarah.

If you are confident with complex medical care and have experience managing clinical teams, we would love to hear from you. Clinical supervision provided from a registered nurse. 

This job will suit an empathetic, caring and kind candidate who enjoys working within a family home and providing 1:1 support. A truly rewarding position and opportunity to work with this fantastic little girl and her dedicated team.
