Wage: £31,200.00 gross per annum, based on £20.00 gross per hour
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? On duty 
Essential: Managing clinical teams, supporting a child with complex medical needs and epilepsy
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: 30 hours per week, shifts will include days, nights and weekends

About this client:
Sarah 4, is an adorable little girl who likes being cuddled and listening to music, particularly reggae!  She enjoys a lot of stimulation, soft, furry textures and responds well to sensory equipment. Sarah has been diagnosed with Hypoxic ischeamic encephalopathy and cerebral oedema. 

Overview of role:
You will be responsible for supporting Sarah by providing personal care, following recommended therapy techniques, monitoring her health and assisting Sarah with all aspects of her routine, as well as supporting and supervising her care team. Your role will be to draw up rotas, update the care plans  and risk assessments, and ensure that the team are providing the highest standard of care and support to Sarah. You will be also chairing meetings, leasing with medical professionals and managing medication.

This job will suit an empathetic, caring and kind candidate who enjoys working within a family home and providing 1:1 support.  You will be a confident manager of people with excellent communication skills. You will work in a way that respects the wishes of the family in relation to Sarah's care.
