Essential: Qualified Registered Paediatic Nurse, current PIN, 3 years + experience, supporting a child with complex medical needs and epilepsy
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Term time: Monday – Friday 3.30pm – 8.30pm, 28 hours per week, 3 hours per week for admin duties School holiday: 3 shifts across Monday – Friday 8.30am – 8.30pm, occasional night cover might be required

Tom 6, is a charming young man who likes being cuddled, enjoys a lot of stimulation and responds well to sensory equipment. Tom has multiple learning and physical disabilities. He presents with multiple seizures and developmental delay and requires assistance with all tasks. We are looking for a Nurse Team Leader who will provide both hands on care as well as leading the small team of Support Workers.
You will be responsible for assisting Tom with aspects of his personal care, implementing therapy in his daily routine, monitoring his health as well as supporting and supervising his care team. Your role will be to draw up rotas, update the care plans and ensure that the team are providing the highest standard of care and support to Tom.
If you are confident with complex medical care and have previous experience managing a team, we would love to hear from you.
