Lilly particularly enjoys listening and dancing to music in her standing sling, but her all-time favourite activity is quite a lot of ‘Mr Tumble’ – he puts a huge smile on her face. You will be required to take Lilly to hydrotherapy so you must be confident supporting a child in the water.

You will be able to step up to the mark when / if required but also have the sensibility to know when to step aside. Good hands on experience is essential, but integrity and honest communication skills are also vital.
