Salary: £60,000 gross per annum
Days and hours: Monday 7am to Friday 7pm, live in, on call overnight. Break 9am - midday during term time.
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? On duty, automatic
Essential: experience in supporting children with complex behavioural needs
Start date: mid April, flexible for the right candidate

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, relaxed, fun household to support 3 siblings: a girl aged 6, a boy of 5 (with SEN) and a girl of 3. There is also a 7 month old baby who will usually be with mum. They are looking for a behaviour support nanny who can truly become part of the family.
The family requires a confident, energetic, nanny with a wealth of experience and knowledge of ASD, attachment disorders and associated conditions; additionally experience of eating disorders would be beneficial. Above all, personality is key: a patient, empathetic, person who can multi-task and forward think, set clear and consistent behaviour expectations, boundaries and routine, confidently and proactively, and is able to engage the children with humour, warmth and fun. All three children are very bright, lively, funny and caring characters who are interested in a wide range of activities - and hope that you can enjoy these alongside them! Whether playing in the forest or visiting the farm, creating science experiments or putting on a puppet show, their favourite thing is to "have adventures" beside you.
The right candidate will be prepared to work both in a sole charge role and to support the mother, to assist her in consistently using successful positive and proactive behaviour management strategies as her confidence increases. You will work alongside a full time housekeeper and additional staff within the house.
This role includes excellent travel opportunities, including Dubai, South Africa and Ibiza.
The family's current nanny is available for a detailed handover as she regretfully leaves this position due to a move abroad.
