Wage:  £12.50 gross per hour, £25.00 gross per hour bank holidays
Driver required? Essential
Use of a car? On duty 
Preferable: Supporting a child with Cerebral palsy, complex medical needs
Start Date: ASAP 
Days & Hours: Monday – Sunday 16 - 37 hours available per week, combination of daily and waking night shifts. Flexibility required to cover sickness and holiday.
Family/ Clients Pets: A friendly dog

About this client/child:
Anna (13) is a fantastic young lady who enjoys sensory activities, music and spending time with her family. As a result of negligence at birth, Anna suffers cerebral palsy and significant development delay. She is completely dependent on others and requires assistance with all aspects of daily living. 

Overview of role: 
In this role you will be required to assist Anna with her daily routine, including personal care, feeding and administering medication. Anna receives therapy from a team of specialists, you will be trained to implement her programme, including  hydrotherapy into a daily routine. You will be responsible to keep Anna’s room and the carer’s area tidy and presentable. Anna attends a specialist schooland you will be required to accompany her.

It is essential that you are a team player as you will be working alongside parents and other team members. You will have attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
