Our client Anthony is 5 years old, he lives at home with Mum, Dad and his siblings. He’s an engaging young lad, with a playful and mischievous character and an infectious smile. Anthony has complex care needs; he has cerebral palsy and epilepsy (controlled through medication) and he is a wheelchair user. Anthony receives some of his nutrition, liquids and medication through his PEG, and he is currently learning to communicate using Eye Gaze technology. Intellectually, Anthony is very bright and he knows his own mind!

Anthony has a fantastic care team in place providing round the clock, 2:1 support, enabling him to access the world around him. He is now looking for a new full-time support worker to join his team to promote his development, well-being and support him to reach his full potential. You’ll facilitate his learning, assist with all daily tasks, personal care and implement his therapy programs provided by his treating therapists.

Anthony requires a support worker with previous experience supporting children with complex care needs, PEG, physical disability and previously worked within a family setting.
